Trade-In Policy

Upgrade from a previous ETA headphone to a current headphone and trade in the full value of your legacy headphone toward your new one.

How it works

  1. Purchase any current ETA Audio headphone from our store.
  2. Contact us at etaheadphones@gmail.com and ask about trading in your previous ETA legacy headphone.
  3. We'll email you a prepaid shipping label — sending your legacy headphone to us is free.
  4. Once we receive and verify your legacy headphone, we apply its trade-in value to your headphone purchase.

Trade-in value

You receive the full value of your eligible ETA legacy headphone, up to a maximum of $800 USD, applied toward any current ETA headphone. The trade-in value applies only to current headphone models — it cannot be applied to amplifiers, accessories, or other products.

Eligibility

  • Open to owners of previous ("legacy") ETA Audio headphones.
  • Requires the purchase of a current ETA Audio headphone.
  • Headphones must be complete and in good working condition. Items arriving damaged, incomplete, or not as described may be declined or offered a reduced value at our discretion.

Payout

Trade-in value is issued as a refund to your original payment method once your legacy headphone is received and verified, typically within 15 business days.
