Cancellations
For all cancellations three percent (5%) order cancellation fee. Cancellations must be requested within seven (7) days of purchase of the item, including preorders.. Cancellation fees apply upon agreement to purchase by providing your payment information and completing a purchase through our store. For items that have already been shipped, shipping charges will not be refunded and return shipping will be the responsibility of the buyer. If already shipped the item will be processed as a return and a restocking fee will apply.
Warranty
- Warranty terms are subject to change.
Headphone warranty is awarded for purchases through our store of 5 years.
- Warranty, covers shipping damages from our facility to the customer, from the customer to us (ETA Audio LLC).
- DOA claims must be made no later than 1 month after receiving.
- Fraudulent DOA claims will be treated as returns.
- Warranty and service claims are done through our online forum (Discord), or via email.
- Accidental damages are not covered by the warranty.
Third-party owners are offered a limited warranty through our RMA program.
- RMA service for third-party owners is $70 service fee, deductible to all repairs.
- Repairs fees are subject to the cost of parts.
Accessories have a one year warranty.
