Rectification
The diodes are ST STPSC6H065D SiC Schottkys, 650 V / 6 A. No reverse recovery charge, so no switching spike, and turn-off does not drift with temperature. The 650 V rating is unavoidable — SiC Schottkys are not made below 600 V.
Rails
Set by 100 Ω against two 2.2 kΩ in parallel. Change the pair, change the rail — the board is not locked to ±15 V.
