Rectifiers — recommended
The board is laid out around the ROHM part above, but our pick is the ST STPSC6H065D — a 650 V, 6 A silicon carbide Schottky in the same TO-220 footprint. Zero reverse recovery, so there is no switching spike to snub in the first place. Four required per bridge.
Rectifiers
ROHM RFUH10TF6S, 600 V / 10 A, 15 ns reverse recovery. Standard silicon snaps off at the end of each conduction pulse and rings against transformer leakage inductance. At 15 ns there is almost nothing left to ring.
